Up to one year - The Patriot products address the medical insurance needs of those who need temporary medical insurance while traveling for business or pleasure anywhere outside their home country. Coverage includes medical evacuation, repatriation, and your choice of deductibles and policy limits. Patriot’s ability to respond to medical needs makes the plan ideal for international travelers.

Up to two years - ExPatriot Plus provides coverage at a 10% discount for those traveling outside their country of citizenship for a minimum of six months up to a maximum of two years.

Patriot Extreme provides coverage for those traveling abroad for a minimum of 30 days up to a maximum of 3 months and includes extreme sports coverage. Although the Patriot Extreme plan is not renewable, it can be rewritten for succeeding or subsequent coverage periods. New Deductible, Coinsurance, Eligibility, Conditions of Coverage and Pre-Existing Condition Exclusions apply to any succeeding or subsequent Period of Coverage. A new application also must be completed.
